This Privacy Policy explains how Odelly Advertising Agency LLC (“Odelly”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit odelly.co.uk (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Because our Site is available to visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area (EEA), and worldwide, we aim to comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR for those visitors, alongside applicable Egyptian data protection law (Law No. 151 of 2020).
1. The data we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Job/collaboration applications: the above, plus any files you attach — such as CVs, portfolios, or a link to files hosted elsewhere (e.g. Google Drive).
Information we collect automatically
- Technical and usage data — IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site — collected via cookies and similar technologies only where you have given consent (see Section 5).
We do not intentionally collect special-category data (e.g. health, religion). Please do not include such information in messages or CVs unless necessary.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see Section 5) without affecting processing already carried out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time by emailing info@odelly.co.uk.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies in the following categories, managed through our consent banner:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function and to remember your choices. Always on.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand how the Site is used. Set only with your consent.
- Marketing — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, to measure and improve our advertising. Set only with your consent.
We use Google Consent Mode v2, so Google tags respect your choice, and marketing tags do not load unless you allow them. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time via the “Cookie settings” option on the Site.
4. Who we share your data with
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Hostinger — website hosting
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn — advertising and measurement (only with your consent)
Some of these providers are based outside Egypt and the UK/EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Managing your consent
You can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies when you first visit the Site, and change your choice any time via Cookie settings. Rejecting them will not affect access to the Site core content.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Enquiry correspondence, applications, and CVs are retained for up to 3 years, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless we are required to keep them longer by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@odelly.co.uk.
If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk).
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
